I hope you will find our website both helpful and informative. Nether Green Junior School is a vibrant place of learning.  As our 2008 OFSTED report confirmed we are a successful school with high standards in which children make good progress.

Nether Green Junior School is a relatively large and popular school with a very welcoming and caring ethos and is well regarded within the community.

The school has a standard admission number of 90, with 3 classes in each year group. In addition we have an Integrated Resource Unit with places for pupils with significant learning difficulties and complex needs. These children are included in the daily life of the school.

We feel it is very important for home and school to work together closely as this benefits the pupils learning.   The school provides the children with a broad and balanced curriculum which is supplemented by many additional activities particularly in the areas of the performing arts and sports.

The school's ethos is based on the belief that every child matters and the principles of enjoyment and excellence. To this end we aim to develop the whole child within an environment which is caring, calm, purposeful and happy and one which respects others and recognises individual needs.
